Kensington Series

The Kensington Series has a flat profile that increases the dimensional stability of the carpet due to its horizontal rigidity when combined with the carpet in a double stick method of installation. This results in the whole installation area acting like a huge tile yet providing the underfoot comfort common in conventional carpet installations.

 

The Kensington Series is made of high-grade natural rubber which has the best tensile properties of the polymers in their range. Its high density ensures that it does not crumble from regular usage and thus it is favoured for heavy contract, high traffic areas and public walkways. It is especially ideal for wheeled traffic areas and high foot traffic typical of airport lounges and walkways, hotel corridors and hallways. The high density of the underlay also helps to minimize furniture indentation marks. It adds comfort to weary air travellers as it reduces foot fatigue and promotes comfort where lounges require considerable walking.

It is also used as an underlayment for fitness centres, gymnasiums, basketball courts and badminton courts as it has the combination of safety features such as and minimising injury due to falls and foot impact as well as having excellent noise reduction properties.
